LAND TAX ACT 2000 - SECT 16

16. Notice of change in use of land

The owner of land, within 30 days, must notify the Commissioner in writing if that land ceases to be –

(a) principal residence land; or

(b) primary production land; or

(c) exempt land.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
