LONG SERVICE LEAVE (CASUAL WHARF EMPLOYEES) ACT 1982 - SECT 14
14. Commencement of proceedings
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Justices Act 1959, proceedings in
respect of an offence against this Act may be commenced at any time within 1
year after the cause of complaint arose.
