LONG SERVICE LEAVE (CASUAL WHARF EMPLOYEES) ACT 1982 - SECT 13

13. False or misleading statements

A person shall not, for the purpose of obtaining any long service leave or the payment of any sum under this Act for himself or for any other person, make or cause to be made a statement which to his knowledge is false or misleading in a material particular.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 3 penalty units.
