LONG SERVICE LEAVE (CASUAL WHARF EMPLOYEES) ACT 1982 - SECT 12

12. Records to be kept by employers

The employer shall keep or cause to be kept a long service leave record in such form as may be prescribed in regulations made under this Act and containing the prescribed particulars.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 3 penalty units.
