LONG SERVICE LEAVE (STATE EMPLOYEES) ACT 1994 - SECT 16

      (1) An employee may apply to the relevant Minister for permission to retain an entitlement to a period of long service leave in excess of 100 days.

      (2) The relevant Minister may givepermission under subsection (1) subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
