For the purpose of executing any works under the provisions of this Act, the Minister may have and exercise all or any of the powers vested in and be subject to all the liabilities imposed upon the Trustees of the River Clyde by the Clyde Water Act 1898, or in and upon the Trustees of the Midland Water District by the Midland Water Act 1898.
