LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (SUBSIDY) ACT 1980 - SECT 7

7. Claims for payment

A claim by a registered distributor for a payment under this Act shall –

(a) be made to an authorized officer; and

(b) be in accordance with the regulations made under this Act.
