LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (SUBSIDY) ACT 1980 - SECT 6

6. Authorized officers

      (1) The Minister may appoint officers of the Commonwealth to be authorized officers for the purposes of this Act.

      (3) An officer of the Commonwealth shall not be appointed to be an authorized officer for the purposes of this Act without the consent of the Commonwealth Minister.
