The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act and, in particular, for or in respect of –
(a) the manner in which a claim for payment under this Act may be made;
(b) the information to be furnished by a claimant in connection with a claim for payment under this Act; and
(c) fines not exceeding 2 penalty units for an offence against any of the regulations.
