LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (SUBSIDY) ACT 1980 - SECT 15

15. Power to examine on oath

An authorized officer may examine, on oath or affirmation, a person appearing before him pursuant tosection 14 and, for that purpose, may administer an oath or affirmation to that person.
