LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 90

90. Supreme Court orders about conditions

      (1) The Board or prescribed authority may apply to the Supreme Court for an order that an Australian lawyer not contravene a condition imposed under this Part.

      (2) The Supreme Court may make any order it considers appropriate on the application.
