LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 62

62. Compliance with conditions

The holder of a current local practising certificate must not contravene (in this jurisdiction or elsewhere) a condition to which the certificate is subject.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
