The Governor may make regulations in respect of –

(a) the taking of fish from fish habitats; and

(b) the management, protection and development of fish habitats; and

(c) entry to fish habitats; and

(d) any activity carried on in fish habitats; and

(e) any dealing with a species of protected fish.
