LIVING MARINE RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 14

14. Issue of permit

      (1) If the Minister grants an application for a permit, the Minister, on payment of any fee the Minister determines, is to issue the permit.

      (2) The permit is to be in an approved form.
