Tasmanian Consolidated Acts
(1) A licensee or a person acting on behalf of the licensee shall not give to a person under the age of 18 years possession or control of liquor on the licensed premises or allow a person under the age of 18 years to have or retain possession or control of liquor on the licensed premises.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of a person under the age of 18 years who
(a) has possession or charge of liquor in the course of work; and
(b) is working under the direct and personal supervision of a person who has attained the age of 18 years.
