LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1990 - SECT 62

62. Licensee to require certain people to leave licensed premises

A licensee shall require a person who –

(a) is acting in a violent, quarrelsome or disorderly manner; or

(b) is using disgusting, profane or foul language –

to leave the licensed premises.
