LIQUOR LICENSING ACT 1990 - SECT 5

PART 2 - Sale of liquor Division 1 - Authorization to sell liquor 5. Liquor not to be sold except as authorized

A person shall not sell liquor except as authorized by –

(a) a liquor licence; or

(b) a liquor permit; or

(c) a general liquor exemption.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 40 penalty units.
