LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SAVINGS AND TRANSITIONAL) ACT 1993 - SECT 48

PART 3 - Miscellaneous 48. Regulations

      (1) The Governor may make regulations for the purpose of this Act.

      (2) The regulations may contain provisions of a savings or transitional nature in relation to this Act or the Local Government Act 1962.
