(1) A certificate of compliance in relation to a building given under the Local Government Act 1962 and in force immediately before the proclaimed day continues, on that day, to be in force.
(2) A certificate given under section 462 (4) of the Local Government Act 1962 and in force immediately before the proclaimed day continues, on that day, to be in force.
