(1) A sealed scheme for a joint undertaking under the Local Government Act 1962 and in force immediately before the proclaimed day continues, on that day, to be in force for a period of 12 months.
(2) An order made under the Local Government Act 1962 in relation to any joint undertaking and in force immediately before the proclaimed day continues, on that day, to be in force.
