LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SAVINGS AND TRANSITIONAL) ACT 1993 - SECT 16

      (1) An application to declare land urban farm land made under the Local Government Act 1962 before the proclaimed day is, on that day, an application made under the Local Government Act 1993.

      (2) Any land which was urban farm land under the Local Government Act 1962 immediately before the proclaimed day continues, on that day, to be urban farm land under the Local Government Act 1993.
