LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SAVINGS AND TRANSITIONAL) ACT 1993 - SECT 11

      (1) A committee established under a repealed Act and in existence immediately before the proclaimed day is, on that day, a council committee under the Local Government Act 1993.

      (2) A special committee established under a repealed Act and in existence immediately before the proclaimed day continues, on that day, to be a special committee under the Local Government Act 1993.
