LOCAL GOVERNMENT (RATES AND CHARGES REMISSIONS) ACT 1991 - SECT 7

7. Regulations

      (1) The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.

      (2) Regulations first made after the commencement of this Act may, if the regulations so provide, take effect from 1 June 1991.
