(1) A single authority or joint authority must submit to the single authority council or participating councils a report as soon as practicable after the end of March, June, September and December in each year.
(2) The quarterly report of the single authority or joint authority is to include –
(a) a statement of its general performance; and
(b) a statement of its financial performance.
