LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1993 - SECT 108
Notification of variation
If a council varies a rate, the general manager must notify the ratepayer in a rates notice (a) of the rate as varied; and(b) of the factor on which the variation of the rate was calculated; and(ba) of the minimum amount, if any, set under section 107(2A) in relation to the variation; and(c) of the date on which the variation takes effect.
