Lighting of certain State highways: Contributions by corporations to lighting of certain State highways
(1) A corporation may light, or arrange for the lighting of, a State
highway within a city, town, or village in the municipality where there is a
footpath on one side or on both sides of that State highway.
(2) A corporation may pay contributions towards the cost of providing
lighting for a State highway in the municipality other than a State highway to
which subsection (1) applies.
