LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES ACT 1995 - SECT 34

34. Information and staff to be provided to Redistribution Committee or Redistribution Tribunal

For the purpose of the exercise of the powers of the Redistribution Committee or the Redistribution Tribunal under this Act –

(a) the Governor may make arrangements with the Governor-General of the Commonwealth for the provision of information from the Australian Electoral Commission and the services of employees of that Commission to be made available to the Committee or the Tribunal; and

(b) the Minister may, with the approval of the Minister responsible for the administration of an Agency, within the meaning of the State Service Act 2000, make arrangements for the services of State Service officers and State Service employees employed in that Agency to be made available to the Committee or the Tribunal.
