LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES ACT 1995 - SECT 32

32. Improper influence

A person must not improperly seek to influence a member of the Redistribution Committee or the Redistribution Tribunal in the performance of his or her duties under this Act.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 12 months, or both.
