LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES ACT 1995 - SECT 30

Where, under this Part, a notice is required to be published by the Electoral Commissioner, the Redistribution Committee or the Redistribution Tribunal, the notice is to be published–

(a) in the Gazette; and

(b) in 3 newspapers circulating generally in the State; and

(c) in such regional newspapers circulating in a part of the State as the Electoral Commissioner, the Committee or the Tribunal considers appropriate; and

(d) by such other means as the Electoral Commissioner, the Committee or the Tribunal thinks appropriate.
