(1)  The Redistribution Tribunal must state, in writing, the reasons for the determination made by it under section 25 (1) .

(2)  A member of the Redistribution Tribunal who disagrees with the determination may state in writing the reasons for his or her disagreement.

(3)  The Redistribution Tribunal is to publish the reasons stated under subsections (1) and (2) on a website.
