LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL ELECTORAL BOUNDARIES ACT 1995 - SECT 26

26. Reasons for determination made by Redistribution Tribunal

      (1) The Redistribution Tribunal must state, in writing, the reasons for the determination made by it under section 25(1).

      (2) A member of the Redistribution Tribunal who disagrees with the determination may state in writing the reasons for his or her disagreement.
