LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT 1935 - SECT 60

Division 2 - Provisions as to lodgers and under-tenants 60. Interpretation

In this Division –

"superior landlord" includes a landlord in cases where the goods seized are not those of an under-tenant or lodger;
"tenant" and "under-tenant" do not include a lodger.
