the signature of the Director or an officer authorized by the Director for that purpose is deemed to be the signature of a legal practitioner for that party.(a) in a proceeding, a document is required to be signed by a legal practitioner for a party to the proceeding who is an assisted person; and
(b) legal services are being provided to the assisted person in relation to the proceeding by an officer –
