Where
the authority may pay to the claimant not more than 90% of the amount of compensation assessed by the acquiring authority pending the final determination of the amount of compensation to be paid to the claimant.(a) a claimant's entitlement to compensation has been admitted, and not subsequently rejected, by an acquiring authority or has been finally determined under Part 4; and
(b) the claimant has
(i) produced or surrendered all deeds and documents relating to, or evidencing, the claimant's title to the claimant's estate in the subject land that the authority reasonably requires to be produced or surrendered; and
(ii) executed the documents the authority reasonably requires to be executed
