LITTER ACT 2007 - SECT 42

42. Obstruction of authorised officers

A person must not obstruct, hinder, delay, impede or threaten an authorised officer in performing any function or exercising any power under this Act.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
