HISTORIC CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 1995 - SECT 86

      (1) A person may apply to the Heritage Council for a certificate stating whether or not a place is affected by –

(a) any action of the Minister or the Heritage Council made under this Act; or

(b) any decision or determination under this Act.

      (2) An application is to –

(a) be made in writing; and

(b) contain any prescribed information; and

(c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
