HISTORIC CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 1995 - SECT 71

71. Revocation of approval to enter protected zone

The Heritage Council, by notice in writing, may revoke an approval granted under section 70 –

(a) if any condition is not complied with; or

(b) in any circumstances it considers necessary.
