HISTORIC CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 1995 - SECT 67

67. Approval of application to undertake activity

The Heritage Council, by notice in writing, may –

(a) grant the application for approval under section 66 with or without conditions; or

(b) refuse to grant the application.
