(1) This Part applies to –
(a) a shipwreck which is at least 75 years old from the date of the wreck; and
(b) a shipwreck which is a registered shipwreck.
(2) This Part applies to a shipwreck referred to in subsection (1) which is –
(a) under or above the water; or
(b) both under and above the water; or
(c) above or below high-water mark.
