HISTORIC CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 1995 - SECT 40

      (1) The Heritage Council, as soon as practicable after making a decision, must notify the planning authority of–

(a) its decision; and

(b) any condition or restriction it imposed on the approval of a works application.

      (2) The planning authority must serve notice of the Heritage Council's decision–

(a) on the applicant; and

(b) on any person who made a submission.
