In this Subdivision –

excluded person , in relation to a licensed provider, means a registered player who is excluded from engaging in wagering activities with or through the licensed provider because of –

(a) a TGL self-exclusion notice; or

(b) a TGL exclusion order;

wagering includes gaming.
