GAMING CONTROL ACT 1993 - SECT 43A

43A. Surrender of licensed premises gaming licence

      (1) The holder of a licensed premises gaming licence may surrender the licence by giving written notice to the Commission.

      (2) The surrender takes effect only if the Commission consents to the surrender.
