GAMING CONTROL ACT 1993 - SECT 35

35. Offence to breach licence conditions

The holder of a licensed premises gaming licence must comply with all conditions, if any, to which the person's licence is subject.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units.
