GAMING CONTROL ACT 1993 - SECT 19

19. Licensing under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990

While a casino licence is in force, no person other than the casino operator or an employee of the casino operator may hold a licence under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 in respect of the premises or any part of the premises that contains the casino.
