Prohibition on application of Act to children under age of 10 years except in limited circumstances
(1) Nothing in this Act authorises the carrying out of a forensic
procedure on a person who is a young child.
(2) A sampling procedure may be carried out, in accordance with
Part 4B of this Act, on a person who is a young child.
