FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1991 - SECT 57

57. Regulations

The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act and may, in particular, make regulations prescribing –

(a) fees to be charged for the purpose of this Act; and

(b) the officers who may make decisions on behalf of an agency.
