FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1991 - SECT 39

39. Agency or Minister may amend information

If, following receipt of a request made under section 37, an agency or Minister decides to amend information, the agency or Minister may make the amendment by –

(a) altering the information; or

(b) adding an appropriate notation to it.
