FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1991 - SECT 37

PART 4 - Amendment of Personal Information 37. Person may request amendment of information

If –

(a) a person has information held or used by an agency or Minister; and

(b) the information relates to the personal affairs of that person –

the person can request the amendment of any part of that information if it is incorrect, incomplete, out of date or misleading.
