(1) Information is exempt information if, by virtue of an Act applying specifically to information of that kind, a person referred to in the Act is prohibited from disclosing information of that kind, either absolutely or subject to exceptions or qualifications.
(2) This section ceases to have effect 3 years after the commencement of this Act.
