FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1991 - SECT 28A

28A. Information affecting national security, defence or international relations

Information is exempt information if its disclosure under this Act would, or would be reasonably likely to –

(a) endanger the security of the Commonwealth or any of its States or Territories; or

(b) endanger the defence of the Commonwealth; or

(c) adversely affect the international relations of the Commonwealth.
