(1) An amount in respect of public property and other property and revenue and other debts due to the Crown may be written off by the appropriate Minister or a Head of Agency in accordance with the regulations.
(2) An amount in respect of public property andother property and revenue and other debts due to the Crown greater than an amount that may be written off under the regulations may with the prior approval of the Governor be written off by an appropriate Minister.
